As we enter the second week of the shelter‐in‐place order announced by Governor Newsom, we wanted to drop you a note and assure you that Cogent Solutions & Supplies is deemed an essential business, and as such, will continue to operate at full capacity to supply you with the products needed in your operation so you may continue your critical role in this crisis.

The health and safety of our employees and business partners remains an absolute top priority. Cogent is meeting all Centers for Disease Control (CDC) guidelines for facility and equipment cleaning, and social distancing. In addition, we are taking precautions at the points of delivery to respect social distancing, mitigate close personal contact, and as such, are discontinuing all inside deliveries until further notice. We are instructing our drivers to deliver to your outside delivery door, designated receiving areas, or loading dock to protect both parties, as much as possible.

We ask that you please keep us updated on any operational changes that may impact your ability to accept our shipments.
